Refund policy
At Cast & Camp, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases.
In addition to your statutory consumer rights, Cast & Camp offers a voluntary return period of 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
To qualify under our voluntary change-of-mind return policy, the product should be unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition and, where applicable, original packaging.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Statutory Cancellation Rights
For most goods purchased online, customers in the United Kingdom generally have the right to notify us that they wish to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
After notifying us of cancellation, customers generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Applicable statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

Return Costs
For eligible voluntary return requests made within the first 7 calendar days after receiving the product, Cast & Camp will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
For eligible change-of-mind returns requested from day 8 through day 30, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless otherwise required by law.
If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Cast & Camp will cover reasonable return costs where required.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any product, please contact:
Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return has been approved, our customer service team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return destination.
Do not send a return to our business address unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
For eligible voluntary returns, approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be issued within the applicable statutory timeframe if that period is shorter.
