Refund & Returns Policy

At Cast And Camp, customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

• Within the first 7 calendar days, returns are free of charge, provided that the product is unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
• After 7 days and up to 30 calendar days, customers may still return the product; however, return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility depending on their location.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
• If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange the appropriate return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable UK consumer protection laws.
