Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, international transit, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, periods of high demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Logistics & Transit Process
Orders may be handled through domestic or international logistics and fulfilment networks.
Once an order has been dispatched and entered the carrier network, delays or temporary interruptions in tracking updates may occasionally occur.
While some circumstances may be outside our direct control, Cast & Camp will remain available to assist customers with shipment enquiries and work with the relevant carrier where reasonably possible.

Where tracking is available, customers will normally receive tracking information by email after dispatch.
Customers may also use the applicable carrier tracking service or tracking functionality available on our website.

We will investigate with the relevant carrier and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact support@castandcamp.co.uk as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory delivery rights. UK distance-selling guidance states that goods generally must be delivered within 30 days unless another delivery period has been agreed.
