6. Returns and Refunds
In addition to statutory consumer rights, Cast & Camp offers a voluntary return period of 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
For eligible voluntary returns requested within the first 7 calendar days, Cast & Camp will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For eligible change-of-mind returns requested from day 8 through day 30, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
For most qualifying online purchases, UK customers generally have the right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them. GOV.UK
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.
Approved voluntary-policy refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected, subject to any shorter statutory deadline.
